the 2009 Congress is now available. Included
within the Online Library are audio recordings
synchronized with the visual PowerPoint of the
sessions hosted at the 2009 Congress.
You
can purchase access to the entire conference for
$249 (member)/$389 (non-member), or you can
purchase individual sessions starting at $10 per
session. You will have access to the
purchased material for one year from the date of
purchase.
